Shipping Policy

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

Please allow 5-10 business days for order processing and 6-14 business days for standard shipping (varies by location). You will be sent an order confirmation email after purchase to the email address you provided during checkout, and a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your package ships. 

NOTE: These are estimated delivery times. Sublime does not guarantee delivery dates. We will, however, always do our best to deliver on or before your delivery date.

Please double check all shipping information before submitting your order. Your order will be delayed if we have to contact you to update incorrect information.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice may be left by the postal service advising where your delivery can be collected.

We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Sublime does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

If customs has confiscated your package, we are not responsible to replace your order. You may contact us to request a replacement order at an additional charge.
